New & Noteworthy
RHM is proud to have sponsored their first-ever rug on a barn quilt trail. Click here to view a slideshow of the event.

On the morning of July 8, 2011, the Pennsylvania Quilt Trail unveiled a new type of quilt square—a replication of a hooked rug. The new rug square was installed on the Tuscarora State Forest Fire Headquarters, which is on the homestead of late 1800s rug hooker Magdalena Briner Eby.
The trail rug and the other trail quilts of the PA Quilt Trails adorn the countryside as a result of the National Quilt Trail project. Since its inception in Adams County, Ohio, in 2001 by founder Donna Sue Groves, these creative and colorful designs by textile artists have been seen by countless travelers throughout the U.S.and Canada.
