How do I subscribe to Rug Beat?
To subscribe to Rug Beat, click here and follow these steps:
- Click "Add to Cart"
- Once you see the Shopping Cart, check it to make sure that Rug Beat and and other product(s) you want to order are there and then click "Checkout" (PLEASE NOTE, THE "COUPON CODE" WILL ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE CONTRIBUTOR OR ADVERTISER)
- Once your in the "Checkout Section", please review your order, then add your email address and create your password for Rug Beat. IT'S IMPORTANT TO PRINT OUT THIS PAGE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE, AS IT CONTAINS YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD.
- You'll then complete your billing information and then your payment information and click on "Review Order"
- Finally after you've reviewed your order, click "Submit Order"
- Once your order is complete, you can click on the "Rug Beat Member Login" and your issue will be ready for you to enjoy!
What if I forget my Rug Beat password?
If you forget your password, you can request a new one through the system. PLEASE NOTE, when you receive the new password, it is only good for one time, you will need to create a new password for yourself once you've logged in with the one we've sent you.
Your new password should arrive within an hour of your request. If you don't receive it by then, please check your SPAM filter to make sure it's not in there first. If it's not, please contact: cderr@stackpolebooks.com.
What happens if my credit card is rejected?
For your protection, our security for credit card processing is high. If you experience a problem with your credit card not processing, please first double check to make sure that all of your credit card information has been entered exactly as it appears on your card. If after a thrid attempt to submit your order, it still does not go through, please call our Customer Service number @ 877-462-2604 (Toll-free) or email us @ stackpolemagazines@theoystergroup.ca and someone will get back to you.
When does my Rug Beat subscription expire?
Login into Rug Beat, then click on View my Account and you will be linked to your Rug Beat account information which includes your expiration date.
Please note, your expiration for Rug Beat is based on a term of 365 days. After that time period, you will receive an email from us asking if you want to renew your subscription. You will need to respond to the email to continue your subscription and maintain access to the back issues from your previous subscription.
How do I change my Rug Beat password?
Click on View my Account and you will be linked to your Rug Beat account information where you can change your password.

What happens if my credit card is rejected?

I have a questions about when my Rug Hooking subscription expires?
The easiest way to determine when your subscription expires is to check your mailing label. The expiration issue is located in the upper left-hand corner of your label, directly above you name and mailing address. Of course, if you have any questions or can't find it, please contact Customer Service at 877-462-2604 (Toll-free) or email them @ stackpolemagazines@theoystergroup.ca and someone will get back to you with that information.

Can I renew my Rug Hooking subscription online?
Absolutely, simply click on the "Subscriptions" link at the top of the homepage or you can click here: subscriptions, then simply select the renewal offer that's right of you.
Can I give a Rug Hooking subscription as a gift?
Yes you can. Simply click the "Subscription" link at the top of the page, or click here: give a gift. Complete the payment information in the "Shapping Cart" with your credit card informationu, Next complete the shipping information with your "gift" recipient's information and hit submit. We'll take care of the rest.
Please make sure to print a gift card to give to your recepient. You'll find the link in the "Pages" section of our homepage or simply click here: RHM Gift Card
I didn't receive my copy of Rug Hooking when all of my friends received theirs. What should I do?
All of our current subscriber copies are mailed from our printer at the same time, but that doesn't mean they will all arrive through the postal system at the same time, despite our best efforts. Please see the schedule below for estimated delivery dates and then if you haven't received your copy by the delivery date, please email us @ stackpolemagazines@theoystergroup.ca or call us at 877-462-2604 (Toll-free).

I have a question or problem with my Digital subscription. Who should I contact?
We use Zinio to handle our dgital subscriptions. For any questions or problems relating to your subscription, please call Zinio's Customer Service directly at www.zinio.com/help.
When will I recieve my email notification that my digital edition is available?
If you are receiving a Rug Hooking digital subscription, the following schedule is when you will receive an email notifying you that your digital issue is available:
- January/February 2013 - Jnauary 1st
- March/April/May issue - March 12th
- June/July/August issue - June 11th
- September/October issue - September 3rd
- November/December issue - November 5th
- January/February 2013 issue - January 7th
If you do not receive an email notification by any of these dates, please call Zinio Customer Service at www.zinio.com/help.
