When will I receive my first Rug Hooking Magazine issue?

If you are a new Rug Hooking Magazine subscriber, please allow 6-8 weeks for the delivery of your first issue.

If you are a current Rug Hooking Magazine subscriber but are still waiting for an issue to arrive, please note that your location can influence the shipping time required for your issue to arrive. Depending on your location, a new magazine issue can take several weeks to arrive at your postal address. Issues are typically sent according to this mail schedule:

Are the labels on my magazine removable? 

Yes! Each label can be carefully peeled off without damaging your magazine. Simply grab one corner and carefully peel off the remainder of the label. 

 

When will I receive my Rug Hooking Book Club book?

All Book Club members receive a postal or emailed notice prior to the shipment of a new Book Club title. Please allow several weeks from the date of your notice for your book to arrive. Please note that your location can influence the shipping time required for your book to arrive. Depending on your location, a new book can take several weeks to arrive at your postal address. Books are typically sent according to this mail schedule.

 How do I return a Rug Hooking Book Club book?

  • If your Book Club terms include a 21-day preview:

    • For U.S. Book Club members: If after the 21-day preview period you aren't completely satisfied with the product you've received from us, click here to generate your own return label. Then simply package the product you are returning to us, affix the label, and mail it back. It's that easy!

    • For Canadian Book Club members: Please call our "Special Canadian" toll-free number at (866) 375-8626 for details on how to return your book. Please note, this number only works for our Canadian subscribers.  
  • If your Book Club terms include automatic-renewal:

I tried ordering or renewing online, but the order would not go through.

For your protection, we have high security for credit card processing. 

If you experience a problem with your credit card not processing, please first double check to make sure that all of your credit card information has been entered exactly as it appears on your card. Please do NOT use dashes when typing out your credit card number.

How do I unsubscribe from free newsletters/emails?
