I am glad that you will be using UTube to show these lessons. I have tried to watch this for over 30 minutes and only gotten through the first 3 minutes. I hope this will be shown on UTube next month

Have been trying to watch this video (which looks VERY interesting) for several days, with no luck. It will play a little, then hang up. I've tried on different devices with no luck. I give up. What a shame! Too bad it's not available on YouTube.

I'm so sorry you're experiencing difficulties with our videos! Are the other videos working for you? I do have some exciting news... we'll be moving our videos over to YouTube in the next month! That will hopefully fix the problem that you're experiencing.

I am seeing some improvement in this - it hangs up a little, but doesn't stop completely anymore! I wonder if the new Firefox update changed something. I am glad you're going to YouTube, though. That consistently works well for me on all devices (including this computer). Thanks for getting back to me! -)
