"I dyed all the wool. The reddish color of the flowers and fabric tablecloth were by biggest challenge. I ran out of the wool and had to re dye more. I keep very good notes on each rug including the dye formulas, dates, anything important. I had to buy more red dye and the dye company changed the formula of the color. The biggest challenge was to try and find and old bottle of the red color. Typically I wouldn’t be so fussy, but it was really important to maintain the color. I laugh now but sure didn’t then."
