I am really starting to use brighter colors. Rugs fade over time so you are better to start off a bit brighter. Also love a great background color like a black that has variation in it. Black always makes the brighter colors pop!

Ocean and beach colours

All the Blues! Ocean to sky

Black, blue, yellow, and green

I love red and purple!

I would also like to create a rug that shows the beach, so having some blue wool would be nice too.

I also like purple

I also really love greens! Maybe because my favorite rugs feature outdoor scenery

Shades of pink are my favorite - perfect for hooking flowers!

Can't go wrong with the blues

Love my greens!

I love the bright colours and use a lot of them in my hooking. Colour is so important in our lives. Red makes me happy and yellow gets me excited. Green is clean and fresh and blue is calming. Mix them altogether and what do you get? A good piece of antique black if you are lucky.

i love bright primary colors, but also gravitate towards purples and deep blues.

How can you choose your favorite colors when the world is filled with colors to hook? Today my favorite color would be mustard yellow - because that is what I am hooking - but tomorrow it might be that delicious green in the picture!

All colors, all the time! I love them all.
