Stories in Wool

The Heart-Hooked Sisters, Lisa Bleier and Michelle Cavalcanti, bring out the best in each other in their fiber arts and in life. They recently showed a collection of their traditional hooked and felted rugs, titled Stories in Wool, at the Village Gallery in Caledonia, New York. Gallery owners Bill and Linda White said that the work had broad appeal for fiber artists and others who were drawn to the bright colors, whimsical designs, and nostalgic stories of love.
